Garam Goddess was born in 2020 from a craving—not just for spice, but for something deeply nostalgic. Growing up in Mumbai, I was surrounded by bold, flavorful food made by my mama and nani. India is known for spice, yet it doesn’t have its own hot sauce. That gap sparked the creation of Garam Goddess.

After moving to New York and falling in love with hot sauce culture, I began blending Indian spices with fresh peppers and fruit, creating something that felt both familiar and new. It started with a few fiery experiments—and soon, friends were saying, “You should sell this!”

Today, Garam Goddess is loved at farmers markets, food festivals, and on the shelves of specialty stores in the Hudson Valley and NYC. This is more than hot sauce—it’s my heritage in a bottle.
