REFUNDS + REPLACEMENTS
In our effort to fully support our mission to create a positively delicious experience for all our customers, we will provide a product replacement with proof of damaged or expired product or a refund in the form of a coupon/ gift card.
Only items that are purchased directly from Garam Goddess website are eligible for refunds or replacements. Products purchased from a retailer, distributor, or third–party seller of any kind are not eligible.
To start a refund, you can contact us at namaste@garamgoddess.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, returns on food items cannot be accepted — reuse is not allowed even if unopened.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
